INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 500g ground beef and pork mix
Filling
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
- 15g breadcrumbs
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- a pinch of nutmeg
Sauce
- 🍷 30cc red wine
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- a pinch of pepper
- 🧈 20g salted butter
PASSOS
Finely chop the onion.
In a bowl, mix the ground meat and all filling ingredients until sticky.
Line a baking mold with parchment paper, fill it with the meat mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30–35 minutes. Let it cool slightly before removing from the mold.
In a frying pan, combine the meat juices from the mold with all sauce ingredients. Heat over medium heat, stirring to reduce the liquid until thickened.
Slice the meatloaf to your desired thickness, plate it, and pour the sauce over the slices.
