INGREDIENTES
Chicken
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Sufficient vegetable oil for frying
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Mince the green onion.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Prepare the chicken by cutting slits in thick parts. Sprinkle sake, salt, and pepper, then refrigerate for 10 minutes. Coat both sides with cornstarch.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C and fry the chicken until crispy. Let it cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange lettuce on a plate, place the chicken on top, and drizzle with the sauce.
