INGREDIENTES

- 🍄 300g king oyster mushrooms
- 1 piece 10x10cm kombu
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1 cup water
PASSOS
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add mushrooms, water, soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, and kombu. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, remove the kombu from the pot.
Add corn syrup and sugar to the mushrooms and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
