INGREDIENTES
Main
- 30 wonton wrappers
- 100g ground pork
- 🧅 30g chopped green onion
- 1 clove minced ginger
Seasoning for filling
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
Soup seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 600ml water
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion for garnish
PASSOS
Finely chop the green onion and ginger.
Mix ground pork, green onion, ginger, and seasoning ingredients in a bowl until sticky.
Place 1/30 of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper, fold diagonally, and seal the edges. Repeat for all wrappers.
Boil water in a pot, cook wontons until they float, then boil for an additional minute. Drain.
In another pot, heat soup seasoning ingredients until boiling, then add wontons and simmer briefly.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
