INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🌱 300g bean sprouts
- 🌿 50g chives
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Clean the bean sprouts thoroughly. Boil 2 cups of water with 1 tsp salt, cover the pot, and cook the bean sprouts for 5–6 minutes.
Rinse the cooked bean sprouts in cold water and drain them. Wash the chives, remove excess water, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the bean sprouts with the seasoning ingredients: red pepper powder, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and fish sauce.
Add the chives and lightly toss them with the seasoned bean sprouts.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sesame seeds, then mix well.
