INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 🌿 250g pea shoots
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASSOS
Cut the roots off the pea shoots and halve them.
Slice the pork thinly. In a plastic bag, mix the pork with sake, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Massage to coat evenly, then add cornstarch and mix well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the pea shoots and bean sprouts, mix briefly, then add the seasoning mixture. Stir-fry until well combined.
