INGREDIENTES

- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 sufficient amount of green onion
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
Broth
- 2 broth cubes
PASSOS
Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly under running water.
Add water to a pot, enough to submerge the bean sprouts, and bring to a boil without covering the lid.
Once the water starts boiling, add soy sauce to the pot.
Slice the green onion thinly and add generously to the pot.
Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.
Serve the bean sprout soup hot.
