INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🥑 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Beef Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
PASSOS
Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the beef with salt, sake, and cornstarch, and massage well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add garlic, and stir until fragrant. Add the beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, curry powder, soy sauce, sugar) and stir to combine.
Add the avocado and cherry tomatoes, and stir-fry briefly.
