INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (75g)
- 茄子 2 eggplants (160g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
PASSOS
Cut the yellow bell pepper and eggplants into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add yellow bell pepper and eggplants, stir-fry until softened. Cover and steam on low heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, curry powder) and mix well.
