INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Seasonings
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
PASSOS
Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stem, and slice into 1.5cm strips.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add grated ginger, garlic, and beef, and stir-fry.
Once the beef changes color, add bell pepper and salt. Stir-fry until the oil coats the ingredients.
Add the sauce mixture and stir-fry for about 1 minute to evaporate the liquid. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with pepper.
