INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🍖 150g ground beef
Vegetables
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥬 200g bok choy (2 heads)
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Separate the bok choy into stems and leaves. Cut the stems in half and slice both stems and leaves into 3cm widths. Quarter the root lengthwise. Mince the green onion.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and minced green onion, cooking until the beef changes color.
Add bok choy stems and shimeji mushrooms to the pan. Cook until the bok choy stems soften. Add sake, chicken stock powder, and salt, then stir. Finally, add bok choy leaves and quickly stir-fry to combine.
