INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 30g dried radish
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet bean paste (tianmianjiang)
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Massage the beef with sake, salt, and pepper.
Rehydrate the dried radish in water, drain, and cut into bite-sized lengths. Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, and tianmianjiang) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add beef and grated garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add the dried radish and green onion, stir-fry until softened, then add the sauce and mix well.
