INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1 bunch of komatsuna
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Meat Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch
PASSOS
Cut the root off the komatsuna and chop into bite-sized lengths.
Slice the carrot thinly at an angle and julienne.
Slice the garlic thinly.
Massage the beef with sake, salt, and cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the beef and garlic.
Once the beef changes color, add the carrot and stir-fry until softened.
Add the komatsuna and stir-fry together. Season with sake, salt, and pepper to taste.
