INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1 piece sliced ginger
- 🧅 4 stalks chopped green onion
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Water as needed
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Mix sugar and soy sauce in a bowl, add beef, and massage the mixture into the beef. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Slice the ginger thinly and chop the green onions.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the marinated beef and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Place the soaked rice, ginger, sake, soy sauce, and water up to the 2-cup mark in a rice cooker. Mix well and flatten the rice. Spread the stir-fried beef and mushrooms on top and cook as usual.
Once cooked, add chopped green onions and mix well before serving.
