INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 200g beef (for curry)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), diced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 chili pepper, halved and deseeded
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 💧 150ml water
PASSOS
Slice the onion, dice the potatoes, crush the garlic, and halve the chili pepper to remove seeds.
Season the beef with salt and pepper, then coat with all-purpose flour.
Heat olive oil in a pot, add garlic and chili pepper until fragrant. Add beef and cook until browned. Add onion and potatoes, cooking until potatoes are slightly translucent.
Add canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, consomme, and water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
