INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) warm rice
Beef
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Toppings
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- To taste shredded nori
- To taste wasabi
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
Broth
- 💧 200cc water
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Mix the egg, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Heat salad oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes. Remove, cool, roll, and slice thinly to make kinshi tamago (shredded egg).
Heat the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) in a pot. Once boiling, add the beef slices and cook for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Remove the beef and reduce the remaining sauce until halved.
Combine the broth ingredients (water, dashi powder, soy sauce) in a bowl and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes.
Serve warm rice in a bowl, sprinkle shredded nori, and top with cooked beef, shredded egg, and chopped green onion. Drizzle the reduced sauce over the dish and serve with broth and wasabi on the side.
