- 150g beef mince
Vegetables
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 100g frozen edamame, shelled
Oil and Fats
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Chop the green onion and shell the thawed edamame.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, add beef mince, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add green onion and edamame, and continue stir-frying.
Add sake, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until the mixture thickens slightly, then add butter and mix until melted.
