INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 200g beef for soup
- 1/4 radish, thickly sliced
- 🧅 Generous amount of green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid Base
- 5 cups rice water
PASSOS
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté the beef for soup.
Add thickly sliced radish to the pot and continue sautéing.
Pour 5 cups of rice water into the pot.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce to the soup.
Add minced garlic and bring the soup to a boil.
Slice green onions generously and add them to the soup.
Season the soup with a pinch of salt to taste.
Serve the beef radish soup hot.
