INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 70g beef
Vegetables
- 🥕 21g carrot
- 🧅 25g onion
- 🧅 20g green onion
Staples
- 13 rice cakes
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- a dash of pepper
- a bit of ginger juice
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
PASSOS
Wash the rice cakes and cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and carrot thinly, and cut the green onion diagonally.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the beef.
Add 130ml of water and the prepared seasoning mixture to the pan. Add the rice cakes and carrots.
Simmer until the sauce is reduced by half.
Add the green onion and onion slices.
Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
