INGREDIENTES

- 🥩 200g sliced beef brisket
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp chili powder
Broth
- 500ml broth
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 green chili, sliced
Noodles
- 2 servings thin noodles
PASSOS
Prepare broth using anchovies, shrimp, and kelp, or use a broth cube for convenience.
Add soybean paste, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and thinly sliced onion to the broth and bring to a boil.
Once the soybean paste soup is seasoned, add sliced beef brisket one piece at a time.
Simultaneously, cook the noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions.
When the beef is slightly cooked, add bean sprouts to the soup.
Add sliced green chili, chili powder, and optionally chopped chives or green onion for garnish.
Combine the cooked noodles with the soup and bring to a quick boil before serving.
