INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot, julienned
- 🥬 6 leaves of lettuce
Condiments
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Mayonnaise to taste
Sauce
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and julienne the carrot.
Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, gochujang, sake, and water) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add beef and garlic, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan and stir to coat the beef evenly.
Combine lettuce and carrot in a bowl, plate them, and top with the cooked beef. Add mayonnaise to taste.
