INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 600g beef sirloin or chuck
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 50g garlic scapes, cut into 1-2 cm pieces
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 2.5 tbsp herb salt
- A pinch of celery powder
PASSOS
Chop the onion, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Cut the garlic scapes into 1-2 cm lengths.
Cut the beef sirloin or chuck into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Add the onion and garlic scapes to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the beef pieces to the pan and sprinkle 2 tbsp of herb salt. Stir-fry quickly over high heat.
Once the beef is halfway cooked, add the chopped bell peppers and sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of herb salt.
Continue stir-frying until the beef is just cooked through and no pink remains.
Serve the stir-fry hot as a main dish. Enjoy the clean and balanced flavors!
