INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers (120g)
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASSOS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice into quarters. Trim the stems off the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and grated ginger).
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bell peppers and shiitake mushrooms, stir-frying until coated with oil. Add the mixed seasoning and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and the vegetables are glossy.
