INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 1 slice bread
Vegetables
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 🧅 1/8 onion, thinly sliced
- 🌽 1 tbsp whole corn
- 1 shiso leaf, torn
Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Condiments
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Protein
- 🐟 30g tuna
PASSOS
Thinly slice the onion and cut the bell pepper into rings.
In a bowl, mix the onion, tuna, and mayonnaise.
Make shallow cross cuts on the bread and spread ketchup evenly. Tear the shiso leaf and place it on top, followed by the mixed ingredients. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with bell pepper rings, corn, and pizza cheese. Toast for about 4 minutes or until the cheese melts.
