INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
Staple
- 30g dried vermicelli
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 💧 200ml water
PASSOS
Slice the carrot thinly and julienne. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and stems, and slice thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, add ground pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the carrot and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, dashi powder, curry powder, and water) along with the vermicelli. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Loosen the vermicelli, add the bell peppers, and stir-fry everything together.
