Seasoning for Pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp chili bean paste
Finishing Touch
- To taste Sichuan pepper powder
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Mince the green onion.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry ground pork until browned. Add the pork seasoning ingredients and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Boil the flat noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and divide into two serving plates. Place noodles, cooked pork, and minced green onion on top.
Heat sesame oil in a small pan over medium heat until aromatic and slightly smoky.
Pour the heated sesame oil over the green onion on each plate.
