INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 1/2 can tuna
- A handful of salad greens
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/2 bowl cooked brown rice
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp Yeondu seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSOS
Microwave the tofu for 2 minutes to remove excess moisture, then dice it into small pieces.
Drain the canned tuna using a strainer to remove the oil.
Fry the egg until it's soft-boiled.
Arrange salad greens, diced tofu, brown rice, and drained tuna in a bowl.
Drizzle Yeondu seasoning and sesame oil over the ingredients.
Top with the soft-boiled egg, sprinkle sesame seeds and ground pepper, and serve.
