INGREDIENTES

- 🍖 400g ground beef
- 🧈 200g firm tofu
- 🧅 1 minced onion
- 🥦 1 head broccoli
- 🧀 Pizza cheese as needed
- 20g breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🍅 Ketchup as needed
Mashed Potatoes
- 🥔 300g potatoes
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
PASSOS
Wrap firm tofu in kitchen paper to remove excess moisture. Separate broccoli into small florets and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Mince the onion, microwave for 1 minute at 600W, and let cool.
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Drain and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W. Mash while hot, add milk, and mix until smooth to create mashed potatoes.
Combine ground beef, tofu, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until sticky to form the meat mixture.
Heat vegetable oil on a hot plate, shape the meat mixture, and cook covered at medium heat (150°C) for 15 minutes until cooked through.
Place mashed potatoes on top of the hamburger in a mountain shape. Insert broccoli florets, sprinkle pizza cheese around the hamburger, and heat until cheese melts. Drizzle ketchup on top.
