INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 4 cleaned flounders
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A few dashes of black pepper
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
PASSOS
Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Place the cleaned flounders in a pot and add enough water to submerge them partially.
Top the flounders with sliced onion, green onion, and green chilies.
Pour the prepared seasoning mixture over the flounders and vegetables.
Bring the pot to a boil over high heat.
Cover the pot with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
