INGREDIENTES
Essential Ingredients
- 🥔 2–3 potatoes, peeled and cut
- 💧 2/3 paper cup water
Seasoning Ingredients
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Soak them briefly in cold water to remove starch.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the potatoes for about 2–3 minutes. Coat the pan edges with oil to prevent the potatoes from breaking during cooking.
Add 2/3 paper cup of water, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to the pan. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium once it starts boiling.
Once the sauce thickens, add corn syrup and simmer for another minute.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
