INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/3 head broccoli
- 🥔 1 medium potato, 150g
Protein
- 🍗 125g chicken breast
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
PASSOS
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Dice the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté until browned.
Add the potato and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the broccoli and sake, cover with a lid, and steam over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the seasoning mixture (salt, pepper, garlic, and Parmesan cheese) and stir until the cheese melts.
