INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (120g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 200ml water
PASSOS
Cut broccoli into small florets and peel the stem, cutting it into 1cm cubes. Dice the onion into 1cm pieces.
Slice bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add onion, broccoli stems, and bacon, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent. Sprinkle flour and stir until no raw flour remains.
Add broccoli florets and seasoning ingredients (consomme, salt, pepper, water). Mix well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Gradually add milk, stirring after each addition. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the soup thickens.
