INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Liquids
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Meat Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and mix with sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Let it sit for 2 minutes.
Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the stem into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl, add water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until tender.
Slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until the color changes. Add broccoli and green onion, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper) and mix well to coat everything evenly.
