INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Staples
- 🌾 Enough flour for coating
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥛 1/2 tbsp milk
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and lightly coat with flour.
Separate the broccoli into small florets. Boil water in a pot, add the broccoli, and cook for 1.5–2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook until browned and fully cooked.
In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients (sugar, mayonnaise, ketchup, milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper). Add the cooked salmon and broccoli, then toss to combine.
