INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices long bacon
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp salted kelp
- black pepper to taste
Cream Sauce
- 🥛 100ml heavy cream
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut the bacon into thin strips. Separate the broccoli into small florets.
Boil water and add salt. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Add the broccoli to the pot 2 minutes before the spaghetti is done. Drain well.
In a frying pan, cook the bacon over low heat without adding oil. Add the cream sauce ingredients (heavy cream, milk, soy sauce) and heat until just before boiling.
Add the cooked spaghetti, broccoli, and salted kelp to the pan. Mix well. Serve on plates and sprinkle with black pepper.
