INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 head broccoli (about 250g)
- 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms (about 100g)
Seafood
- 🦪 6 scallops
Seasoning
- 1/2 piece ginger
- A dash of sake
- Cornstarch as needed
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A dash of pepper
Sauce
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A dash of pepper
PASSOS
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and separate maitake mushrooms.
Pat scallops dry and coat lightly with cornstarch.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ginger and sauté until fragrant.
Add scallops and stir-fry until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
Add broccoli and maitake mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Return scallops to the pan and pour in the sauce. Stir until thickened.
Serve hot and garnish with additional pepper if desired.
