- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Condiments
- 🥫 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Separate the broccoli into small florets and trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms. Place both in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let cool.
Combine the cooled broccoli and mushrooms with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
