INGREDIENTES

- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Tomato Cream Sauce
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut broccoli into small florets and chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic after removing its core.
Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook 2 minutes less than the package instructions. Add broccoli to the pot 2 minutes before the spaghetti finishes cooking. Drain both.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium-low heat until fragrant. Add onion and sauté until softened.
Add all sauce ingredients except milk to the pan and bring to a boil. Stir in milk and bring to a boil again. Add shrimp and cook until they change color. Mix in the spaghetti and broccoli.
