INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🌰 50g mixed beans
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Dressing
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
- 🐟 2g bonito flakes
PASSOS
Cut the broccoli into small florets and halve larger pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water and a pinch of salt, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, soy sauce, ground sesame seeds, and bonito flakes). Add the cooked broccoli, canned tuna, and mixed beans, then toss to combine.
