INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Protein
- 🍗 80g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/4 head broccoli (65g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), chopped
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 150ml water
Thickener
- 2 tsp potato starch
- 💧 2 tsp water
PASSOS
Cut the broccoli into small florets and chop the carrot into small pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the ground chicken until its color changes.
Add the chopped carrot and stir-fry until softened. Add the broccoli and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, grated ginger, and water) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Mix the potato starch with water to create a slurry, then pour it into the pan. Stir over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl and top with the prepared chicken and vegetable mixture.
