INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetables
- 8 Brussels sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Breading
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Enough salad oil for frying
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp water
Sauce
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
PASSOS
Cut a deep cross into the base of each Brussels sprout.
Lay out a slice of pork, season with salt and pepper, place a Brussels sprout at one end, and roll tightly. Repeat for all 8 sprouts.
Mix egg, flour, and water in a bowl to create the batter. Dip the wrapped sprouts into the batter and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 160°C (320°F). Fry the coated sprouts for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
Mix grain mustard and mayonnaise in a bowl to prepare the dipping sauce.
Serve the fried Brussels sprouts wrapped in pork with the mustard mayo sauce on the side.
