INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 150g buri sashimi
Vegetables
- 120g grated yam
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Garnish
- 🧅 5g chopped green onion
- to taste shredded nori
PASSOS
Grate 2/3 of the yam and mash the remaining 1/3 in a bowl using a pestle. Mix the grated yam with the mashed yam to create a smooth tororo.
Combine the seasoning ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, grated ginger, and white sesame seeds) in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 30 seconds. Let it cool, then mix with the buri sashimi.
Arrange the buri sashimi on a serving plate, pour the tororo over it, and garnish with chopped green onion and shredded nori.
