INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (400g)
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 200cc water
PASSOS
Cut potatoes into quarters. Slice carrot diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Cut onion into 1cm wide slices.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Add the vegetables and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning mixture and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 8 minutes.
Add soy sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add butter. Stir gently until melted.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
