- 🥓 4 slices of bacon
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 cabbage leaf
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices of pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Wash the cabbage leaf and place it in a microwave-safe container with water still clinging to it. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool, then cut in half and thinly slice the core.
Layer the cabbage, bacon, and cheese in order. Trim any excess cabbage and layer it with the thinly sliced core. Roll tightly from the edge and secure with toothpicks in three places. Cut into three pieces per roll.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the cabbage rolls until golden brown on both sides. Plate and sprinkle with pepper.
