INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥬 6 cabbage leaves (about 300g)
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (about 200g)
- 🦪 150g clams (shell-on, purged)
Seasoning
- 1 piece julienned ginger
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Other
- 1 tbsp flour
- 💧 3 tbsp water
PASSOS
Rinse the cabbage leaves and pat dry. Set aside.
Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces and lightly coat with flour.
Layer the cabbage leaves, chicken slices, clams, and julienned ginger in a steaming dish.
Mix water, salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl and pour over the layered ingredients.
Steam the dish for 15 minutes over medium heat until the clams open and the chicken is cooked through.
