INGREDIENTES
Wrapper
- 4 spring roll wrappers
Meat
- 4 slices of ham
Vegetable
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, shredded
Dairy
- 🧀 1 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Condiment
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
Binder
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp flour
PASSOS
Shred the cabbage and mix it in a bowl with pizza cheese, salt, and pepper.
Place a spring roll wrapper in a diamond shape, add 1 slice of ham and 1/4 of the cabbage mixture, then roll and seal with the flour-water mixture. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the rolls, turning until golden brown on both sides.
Serve on a plate with ketchup on the side.
