PASSOS
Shred the cabbage into thin strips.
Cut the ham and sliced cheese in half. Trim one long edge of the fried tofu and roll it with a rolling pin to open it into a pouch. Chop the trimmed tofu pieces.
Stuff the pouch with shredded cabbage, cheese, ham, and chopped tofu. Secure the opening with a toothpick.
Place the stuffed tofu pouches in a frying pan over low heat. Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook until crispy and golden on the other side.
