INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece hanpen (100g)
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage (150g)
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
PASSOS
Cut the hanpen into 1.5cm cubes.
Chop the cabbage into 2cm squares.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mirin, yuzu pepper) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add hanpen and cabbage, and stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry briefly.
