Meat
- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 2 cabbage leaves (160g)
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Dairy
- 🥛 50cc milk
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Staples
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut cabbage into 1cm squares. Peel and chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, and drain. Mince garlic and onion.
Place potatoes and 2 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Drain and mash with milk and seasoning to make mashed potatoes.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add onion and cook until translucent. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Stir in flour and cook until no longer powdery.
Add cabbage and cook until softened. Stir in tomato sauce ingredients and simmer covered for 5 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 3 minutes to thicken.
Layer mashed potatoes and meat sauce in a baking dish, top with pizza cheese, and bake in a toaster oven for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
