INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦪 100g oysters (shucked)
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves (100g)
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Thinly slice the cabbage and diagonally slice the green onion.
Place oysters in a bowl, add cornstarch, and gently rub to remove dirt. Rinse under running water and drain. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix soy sauce and grated ginger in a bowl to prepare the ginger soy sauce.
Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and mix to create the egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add cabbage and green onion, and stir-fry until softened.
Add oysters to the pan and stir-fry until their surface changes color.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat until the oysters and eggs are fully cooked.
Serve on a plate and drizzle with ginger soy sauce.
